Personification of the United States of America. Loud, obnoxious, outgoing, has a huge hero complex. Tries his best.

[MAY 10] Much stronger than the average human. Capable of dragging around tanks and other ridiculous things. Shows impressive control over this, because it's actually something he's had his whole life.

[MAY 15] Two blue dragon wings sprouting from his shoulder blades. Leathery, bat-like membranes with smooth, metallic blue scales covering the arms and fingers. When folded, they sit just above his head and end at the backs of his knees. Current length unfolded: seven feet, for a fourteen-foot wingspan total.

[JUNE 7] Two swept back, gently curved blue horns that end in sharp points. These are proper horns made of keratin. Visual.

[JUNE 10] A single sac that allows for fire breath. Accompanying elemental strengths, resistances, and weaknesses (strong against ice and nature, empowered by wind, weak against water and earth). Immunity to fire and fire magic. Ribcage, chest, and diaphragm have increased in size to accommodate the sac; externally, this looks like he has gained muscle mass in his chest.

[JUNE 17] Smooth, iridescent blue scales along his arms and legs, going up his back, sides, upper chest, shoulders, and neck, and framing his face almost like scale freckles. The scales are thickest and largest on his back, shoulders, and chest, followed by his arms, feet, and neck, and smallest on his hands and face.

[JUNE 17] Elf-like pointed ears covered in small, smooth iridescent blue scales. They're located in the same place a human's ears are.

[JUNE 17] Semi-retractable blue claws on his hands. They're a darker blue than his scales.

[JUNE 17] Urge to hoard metal, as well as to turn said metal into pretty things and then hoard these things.

[JULY 5] A long tail covered in blue scales which starts fairly thick and tapers off. The end has three spikes, one on the top and one on each side, that can be held flat or extended. There are leathery membranes connecting each spike to the tail and, when extended, allow for more precise flying. It looks a bit like the tail of a plane.

[AUGUST 18] Ability to take on a dragon form. Maximum size is that of an African bull elephant (13 feet/3.96 meters), minimum is that of a house cat (9.5 inches/24.13 cm). The larger he gets, the more energy he uses maintaining the form. The smaller form restores energy, and when exhausted he may spontaneously transform into a very small dragon.
